Not sure what you're referring to, but CostCo does not manufacture its own products. While it has a store brand which comprises roughly 10% of its sales, they are purchased from manufacturers just as Walmart & Sams do. You're comparing apples and oranges. Sams Club's profits are not broken out separately from Walmart's, so there really isn't a meaningful way of making a comparison between Sams and CostCo.
