Thanks for the link to that informative Forbes article. A number of people on this thread have dismissed Dirks' allegations as sour grapes by a person suing CNC. The Forbes piece points out that Wall Street analysts often have a personal financial interest in promoting the companies they follow. So, aren't both sides equally compromised? Those hidden agendas may be why analysts always seem to downgrade a stock after its already fallen 50%, and vice-versa.

Dirks may be wrong, but I'm still waiting for someone to refute even one of his charges, much less all sixty-something.
