We've had 3 decades of productivity growth with almost none of it benefiting those on the bottom. And now you say they need to be even more productive before a wage increase can even be considered?

Dealing with that crap with my dad now, too, on top of all of the crap his company's pulled on him. Rather than hire new workers because they're understaffed, they're expecting the underpaid existing workers to work unpaid overtime. Because there's no union and the company can just fire them, they just have to work it. It's patently illegal, but, well, three cheers for "small government."
