All of a sudden a $160mm/yr company goes back to $100mm/yr, yet they are staffed for the large rate. Market doesn't exist! Time to down-size with a 20% staff reduction. The next one I remember is the AMSC delay. Admittedly misled by the customer,Trimble should have done the DD to have an idea of the risk, and been prepared. This one cost them 1yr ad a 10% downsizing. Are there others I don't know about?
