Talking during movies is a trivial matter that is easily dealt with. Violent crime rates associated with Blacks and Browns is not. Would a major demographics shift back to 1950s levels make the nation perfect or ideal? No, but it would make it far, far better and safer. It would be a great country again!

The agreement allows the city to immediately resume its plans to hire police and firefighters.
