The first time, he was in a self-described "anger-fueled blackout" when he shot the tires out of a construction crew's car. The second time, he shot a gun into his apartment ceiling. The bullet went into an upstairs neighbor's apartment. Can you imagine that happening and what precipitated it?!?!? How in God's name is someone with a history of repeated gun-related arrests, gun-related violence, mental illness, and endangering the lives of innocent people still allowed to walk around loose in society -- and with a loaded gun no less?!?!? Note that when he went into his self-described "anger-fueled blackout" and shot up the construction crew's car, the only response from the criminal justice system in leftist Seattle was to release him and tell him to stay away from the construction crew in the future. And people wonder what in the fu¢k is wrong with this country?!?!? What the hell? As a result of those two grave lapses in the criminal justice systems in Seattle and Forth Worth, 12 innocent people are now dead and 15 more critically wounded. Thanks very much to the almighty affirmative action race-card nonsense from leftists! Both of those leftist judges who released him, without as much as even a slap on the wrist, should be investigated and held accountable for the deaths and injuries in this horrific massacre! As far as I'm concerned they share guilt in the massacre and should go to prison.
