The issue and question isn't about the percentage of "worthless" workers. That is a different topic that we can discuss, but this specific topic was about the hiring practices of many cities. Blacks are hired on the basis of skin color alone, even when they fail to meet to qualification standards. Consequently, when looking at a Black police officer, isn't it natural to ask if he was one of the few who legitimately met the standards like the other police officers, of is he simply there because of the color of his skin?

I have never posted or otherwise suggested that Blacks should be eradicated. That is an outright lie, Tide.

I didn't view the story as trash. I worked Internal Affairs and found about the same amount of white, Hispanic and Blacks worthless as well as the same percentages of the same as outstanding.
Do you think there is any correlation between worthless hires and lowering test scores?
