Greg, I just wanted to comment on the style and the quality of the investor folder that I received from Araldica. The folder itself was a high quality plastic with a coat of arms on the front. Inside was all the pertinent information concerning the company press releases and financials through 31 July, 1997 showing an outstanding of 10,610,072 shares with a public float of 2,600,000. the income statement showed net sales of $1, 403,974.00 with net income of $54,599.00 for an earnings per share of $0.01. Also enclosed was a folded up container that they use for their Knights of Italy Series wine. It has the Russo coat of arms emblazoned in three places and a picture of a knight in armour with an explanation of the history Araldica Wineries and the Russo name. I can tell you the complete folder along with an impressive invitation to friends in the old and noble Russo family was the best presented investment folder that I have received out of dozens of investment packages I have seen over the last several years. Everything I have seen and heard about Araldica is pure class. Regards, Jim Garrett
