The problem is that members of Congress and their staffers are being treated differently than the average American. No other group is required to ditch the coverage which is provided by their employer and go to the exchanges. The subsidy is to make up for that. What the Diaper Boy is trying to do is eliminate that benefit totally. For Congress critters it isn't a big deal. But for the lower paid ones it is. Granted Republicans are always quick to punish people on the lower end of wage scales, but...
