From everything I've read, they are finicky for the first 100 to 150 rounds and then function very reliably. He should have oiled the shotgun before firing right out of the box. There are other videos showing it work flawlessly with 10 round mags. By the way I was wrong about the Perp using this shotgun but that's OK. I talked to a Senior Exective Service civilian plugged in as a Navy liaison in the Joint Chiefs of Staff tonight. He said the dirtbag Muslim hand carried a sawed off Remington 870 onto the Navy Yard in a Gym Bag, walked to the parking garage in front of Bldg. 197 and killed a civilian in the Garage then entered Bldg. 197. There was some question whether he killed the Guard at the entrance v. using a NAVSEA entrance card. He was sure he killed a guard on a higher floor and took his weapon.
