Jelrod3,

Readware is the AOL name of a person with a great deal of knowledge of the satellite industry. I can understand your skepticism, and you can choose to believe or not to believe -- but I think if you read his/her posts long enough even the most skeptical would give this person a large amount of credibility (regardless of his/her intentions). If you have AOL, go to the fool page and look up Loral. Geoff, in is infinite dedication, re-posts his information here, and has set up a FAQ on Loral as well.

As far as your brash response, we are not really used to that here. I guess in time we will have to live with it as the stock performs.

Keep following the thread, and Geoff's re-posts, and I think you will be impressed.

Good Luck,

John

The credentials of any poster on the internet can only be determined through observing the quality of his/her reports over time. Some of the posts are predictions which can be verified when the event occurs. Other posts can be evaluated by comparison with other sources. Readware provides the assumptions on which he bases his evaluations and often points out where he disagrees with other evaluators. Just try to BS a forum that is widely read like the AOL-LOR forum and you will be called to task.

I don't know how long you have been on this board but by the tone of your comment, not long. I suggest you go back for the last year and catch up and do the same on the Motley Fool over on aol. You will be impressed with what was said a year ago which is now coming to pass. As for Readware, he is for real no doubt about it. His knowledge of this rather complex industry is VERY impressive and helpful to us all. Good investing.

I thought I'd throw in my two cents, even though I will echo what others have already said.

I'm in aerospace and have a solid foundation in "rocket science" and have stated on this thread in the past that I can independently verify some, but not all, of what Readware has stated. I have publicly disagreed with him on one minor point. Of course, how can one verify that I know what I'm talking about, as opposed to Readware? Well, you can't, but, I offer my spin anyway.

I do not, however, have a solid foundation of business, Wall Street, etc., which is why I really appreciate Readware's comments.

As others have pointed out, the best way to really verify ones knowledge in this medium is the tried and true method of comparing what they have said versus the reality of market performance over time.
