if your union wasnt filled with racists, you wouldnt have needed encounter groups. Jorj, No! The purpose was to enable each other to become tolerate with each other and be considerate of multi-cultural in our views. I was much different than many post on this site. Have you ever participated in an encounter group of individuals of different cultures and belief. I is quite an experience to be confined on a campus for two weeks, and encounter other beliefs with are different than ourselves. Then, we participated in role playing where one group used various types of POWER to overcome others. It was very revealing as to what the masses of people collectively can accomplish when they exercise people over the authoritarian power broker types. Individuals with POWER do not give up their Power, it has to be taken away!!! The masses of people in action can make tremendous strides.
