Insurance: Pass on TWGP--- too risky for me. Am wavering on reentering AHL. (AHL discussed here before).
On the one hand, still looks undervalued (on bv basis). Otoh, has been such for many years, and p/stated bv has been much lower than now.

I'm also watching RE -- that one looks like I'll have to step up to buy if I want shares, and I'm reluctant to do so. I've considered adding to my few AIG shares; not sure what I'll do.

Bailed out of TWGP @10.34$. Picking up pennies in front of the steamroller. I agree it's risky - the discount to tangible book is not high enough, imo. I agree that AHL at a 20% discount to tangible book may be a better bet than embattled TWGP.

If TWGP continues to trickle down towards the first week of October, when the balance sheet numbers are released, I may reconsider and buy in again.
