So Marion barry was censored for admitting (and bragging) they he took kickbacks from DC gov contractors. the city council voted 9-4 ( 4 voted for kick backs, probably because in the last 2 years 4 DC council and majors were caught taking kick backs). So they didn't impeach him just censored him for a little while. I knew this because the Washington post buried the story on B5 (the B section only has 8 pages) gee why would this be news, oh right Barry is a democrat and a black one at that.
