NOK is very low risk now that D&S has been sold. And yes, rumours of a special dividend coupled with a price well above the magic $5 level for institutions seem to has precipitated a great deal of interest at current price level.

Ok out. Thanks Nokia and everyone on the thread. I still think, as an independent company, Nokia could have been a superstar. Great employees, weak management, very weak marketing/branding. I really hope MS doesn't kill the spirit of innovation that produced the 808 and other great stuff. But I fear....
