Hi everyone,

Last week I spoke with an individual who is an investment advisor with a large Canadian investment house. This person is a noted academic, has been a supporter of SGGNF since the beginning, and is highly regarded and respected within the Canadian investment community. He is as "blue-chip" as they come.

Basically, he told me that his best guess is that SGGNF will trade on or about Jan 6/98. He said the way it works is that providing there are no problems with NASDAQ application, a company can reasonably expect to be re-listed approx. 3 months from the day the MM submitted the application. In the case of SGGNF, the application apparently went in around Oct 6/97, so 3 months after that gives us the Jan 6/98 date.

He also expects a fairly major short covering rally upon opening. He said the stock will open at approx. $5, and because of the short covering he says we can expect the stock to double within the first 3 days of trading.

Now for MY disclaimer: it's entirely possible the stock may not trade as early as the 6th,(just over 3 weeks away) but I'm convinced that our patience WILL be rewarded!!!

DC

P.S. Great news release today! Don Harris once again shows us the MONEY!!! Thank you Don!!!
