Hi ,
I just want to share with you the following info that I found
on Singapoer forum.

ase Forum: FISH Market Forum
Date: Mon, 08 Dec 1997 14:02:16
From: Creative Loser

I need to short those chartists who asked me to sell when Creative was 34.00

Why don't they asked me to sell when Creative was 46.50. I remembered when Creative was past 45, this guy called keeyan was saying
that the uptrend is no big deal and any 3 yr old looking at chart will know the trend is up. And when Creative was diving, instead of
asking me to buy, all these idiots are shouting for me to sell saying that Creative will reach new lows.

And today my friend, a salesmanger at Creative told me that Creative is going to announce fantastic results soon.

If I listen to all these so called gurus, I will go
crazy like madman. When things are down they are you to sell, when things are up they asked you to buy. Stop boasting about charts if
you guys are nothing more than mathmetician who don;t about shares.

Hi ,
Here is another one.

And a word about Creative for the Creative shareholders. Creative is about to announce megablaster results and don't be conned by
analysts who asked you to sell at this low price. If these analysts are any good they would have shouted for you to sell Creative at its high
of 46.00. DirectX compettion is no big deal like Novastation even MSFT themselves did not make any hoo hah about it. Asian turmoils
reduced Creative business is not that true because 80% of Creative sales are in Americas and Europes. Whatever reduced contribution in
Asia as much as 10% will be adequately compensated by increased margins due to reduced costs in Asian currencies. Believe in what you
see and you will be rewarded. Don't believe in what you hear as most of them have vested interests to buy at low price in anticipation of
the coming reporting seasons.

Here's what Tech Investor had to say about Oracle results:

"Without the currency problems, revenue for the second quarter, which was up 23 percent compared to the $1.3 billion in the same quarter a year ago, would have been up 29 percent, said Henley.

Currency woes nearly wiped out sales for Oracle in Asia. The company said Asia Pacific revenue would have been up 15 percent in local currency, but exchange rates lopped off 14 percent of that gain. In U.S. dollars, sales were up 1 percent."

This says it's really just a currency problem, which is entirely understandable. It doesn't indicate that there's a major economic slowdown over there. But I'm sure the bears will try to shove that interpretation down our throats again.

But if this currency effect is that significantly negative for US companies selling over there, imagine how positive it should be for CREAF, which sells most of its Asian made products over here.
