Well the site still seems to be offline to me at this time. But CIMA say's it's online and i guess it could be my connection - i am about to buy an new system as my current computer is in need of a good reformat. Like i said the site is in dire need of an overhaul already in many regards, to many to post here, and also they need to look at some basic design factors that are lacking in the look and most impostantly the usability of the site as a whole and the navigation too. Look so many sites (60%) on the web either commerical or private are in need of more development, so this is not an attack, but a notice to GE to spend some time on utilising such a powerful tool as a web site. I am sure if they look at the site and notice the fault's some which are 'un-professional' as with reagards to the broken text in some of the reports and the lack of formatting of text. Let me get to work on it and i have it looking like a million dollars by the end of the month. GE; please if you are going to place a movie online - please use a QUICKTIME format file; as i already have this running on my system and it works really well and is quick in download time. Sorry to go on about the web site, but it es me when a company make a huge bang with the release of the web site spend money on promotin it on the wires and then forget about it. Where else can you have the reach like the internet, even if you want to depromote what's going on you can still keep it updated with the lastest news releases ? You could say i am more than unhappy with the site @ the moment, and i know that to many of you the web site may be seen as just a waste of time, but to me it is a gold mine in itself that a company should keep up to date at all times.
