Joe and chan, I've read both your posts. Let me give this some more
thought. No, I haven't talked to him yet.....kind of difficult during
my work day but I'll try to make contact. Seems to me that with the
condition of the company and the fact that it is still in business is
amazing.

Questions:

1). Can a special stockholders meeting be called ?
2). How many stockholders are there .....some of them must have some
interest. How many have contacted Mr. Crosby ?
3). How did Mr. Crosby gain control of the company and who owns
the rights to the patents and how many patents and or rights do they hold and for what products.
4). What liabilities and/or penalties may be charged against the
company by legal authorities.
5). What are the companies debts and is their a possibility of liens
being filed.
6). Whose "basement" will the plane be produced in in the future.
7). Is their currently any investigation being conducted by Exchange
authorities.
8). Doesn't Venga have to have a Board of Directors. If not, what is
being done to obtain one.

ALL THE PIECES ARE NOT IN PLAIN VIEW....HOW IS VENGA GOING TO GET THERE !

I'll give it some further thought.......maybe some of the above
questions are valid, maybe not but it should give ya'll some "food for
thought". When does Mr. Crosby have to have this $600,000.....I would
assume right now. What are his efforts to raise this capital.

ps.....I can't believe this. Some kind of letter to the stockholders
is definitely and/or a special meeting !!!!! Sad part of this story is
that surely there are other people on this thread "lurking" and may
know what is going on and WILL NOT COMMUNICATE. When does Venga fail
to meet Exchange requrements and how much time do they have to put the
company "back together".

Still thinking !

Alan
