Followed into SFY @11.61$. One of the simple value stocks left in this market. Stock is trading below NPV10, because management bungled and the company is now somewhat overleveraged. They are in a good area (Eagle Ford) and have some assets that they should be able to sell for reasonable prices, since crude prices are strong. If they execute, the stock should be at least a double. I think it is a more straightforward value story than TWGP or AMBC, although i find the latter one still intriguing.
