Rich

you still are wrong on the numbers.
From the press release
---
Operating income for the quarter, prior to a series of one-time special charges related directly to the company's recent financings, was $17.1 million.
----

that is 17.x million in income before charges.
I see where you got the 12.9 million in charges.. but
i think by giving the (6.2,3.2,1.3,2.2 mill) numbers they
are giving some of the inclusions in the charges but not all, so
the total charges are in the neighborhood of $16.x million
rather than 12.9 million.

Bottom line, from the press release, they are clearly
stating that the EPS was 38c/share before charges.
With their past accntg problems, i think their new
auditors would have double checked everything.

I would be surprised. I think i missed out by selling it
at $15. I think it is going to open higher.
