That might play if the Republicans were offering something...

They don't seem to be trying to negotiate anything, they just seem to be trying to get rid of Obamacare.

The way things seem to be going with Obamacare, the Republicans should be happy to let it go through since it appears it could be a major PLUS for them in 2014.

BUT....if they persist and cause a DEFAULT and folks don't get their social security checks and other government benefits the Republicans are going to take ALL the blame and in 2014 THAT stuff is going to be REMEMBERED.
