Tom:

You mean that nothing much has happened to GLIA in the last two trading days? The last four is quite a different matter. Here's a snapshot of last week........

Depotech Corporation..... 14 3/4 22 1/4 11 1/8 -2.8%
Gliatech Inc............. 12 7/8 14 3/8 7 5/8 +17.7%
Fidelity Select Biotechno 36.98 39.98 28.32 +2.3%
Franklin Global Health Ca 20.21 22.80 15.64 +0.8%
AMEX Biotechnology Index. 170.53 +3.0%
Dow Jones 30 Industrials. 8,149.13 +4.1%

Let's hope that DEPO gets a similar kick in the next few days, but I really don't think that short-term jockeying is worth the effort (or necessarily prudent).

Cheers! Rick

<<<<<<I really have no burning desire to take the money and run from DEPO.

........i was just thinking the same thing. with ODAC a likely shoe in we could see more than 4 analysts covering the stock. this increased coverage will steadily raise the price and interest--analysts love drug approvals and chemicals that have known risks and side effects--no surprises.

......i just hope that they get approval on the 18th. if they do--it doesn't matter what happens to the stock price between now and then. with their other ongoing trials and their accepted delivery system using well known molecules--sales should be steady with depocyte and then later their anti-biotics and analgesics--no need to convince the docs that the chemicals work---even great new drugs like rezulin, with a little bad publicity, can tear down the stock price.

...pray for approval!
