You don't understand what's at stake.

This program will result in a hundred trillion in new debt in 40 years. If that doesn't destroy the country, nothing will.

And that is why the more intelligent conservatives in Congress are willing to go to the mat over it.

I pretty much agree with you, but only for the reasons Adam Smith expressed when he said "there’s a “great deal of ruin in a nation.”
