<<Our techniques are different. I would never ask a CEO for projections. I
would first do my homework, come up with my own estimates, and then ask
how he felt about them. Whenever I've done this in the past, primarily
with Amati, I've been treated with respect and always been given a clear
response. To be honest, I wouldn't invest in a company if I thought the
CEO threw projections around at random.>>

Not many, perhaps not ANY could be held up to this standard. Question: Is there a place where the different product categories currently sold and apporoximate revenues for each category are listed? What does this comapny actually do with TI chips? Do they add specialty programming to the chips themselves or add functianalityu vbia the 'boards' and components on the boards? I apologize if these questions are poorly worded--I am just getting started here.

Pat - Received and read Investors Relations package fron Spectrum. First class. I have a sneaky suspicion that Spectrum will be swallowed by TI after Amati or somebody else might make them a good offer. It does not appear that they will stand alone for 2 years.
