Corel doesn't technically consider Alta a suite, though it will include a lightweight word processor, spreadsheet, task manager, and universal in-basket. Instead, it is a groupware-styled product designed for intranets. Built with HTML, XML (Extensible Markup Language), and JavaBeans, Alta can be broken apart and reassembled in any fashion.
