KZAP, you're absolutely right, the idea is 'hope'. Just like with any other penny stock with no fundamentals! Why this number though - 0.015? Why not then wait till it drops to 0.001? Why set a precise target price to jump in, it's not Intel or Microsoft! Before the merger is secured (or cancelled..) this stock will continue to move on mere speculation.
They have a letter of interest signed with one of the "number of candidates", and, based on my communications with the mgt, are working hard on securing the deal. I personally hate this kind of suspense, but expect some news very soon, mainly because CVIA is a clean shell, and therefore would not require as much investigative effort from lawyers and CPA's. Who knows???

When we have something more solid than just 'hope' it's often a little too late to get in for a few pennies..<g>

P.S. thanks for a little reality check

Hello! Again! KZAP,

I guess I misunderstood your previous two posts!

I attempted to respond to you in a way that I thought that you were genuinely interested in finding out more information to your inquiry about the "shell company" value of CVIA, or at least where to have a start point to get some additional information or view points about that topic from other postings on this thread!

That it is why I invested the time to try and assist you in your efforts, by recommending that you go back and review posting #366 on this CVIA thread, and I also thought it would be a consideration to review all the historical postings on this thread starting with #1.

If there were simpler ways to make the right investment decisions, we would be all happy, but the truth of the matter is, that even with the most in depth research and Due Diligence, at best it is still speculation and guess work!

Several CVIA shareholders and CVIA thread participants on this thread have had several and regular communications with CVIA Management, and have shared their findings with this thread!

The bottom line is that several thread participants on this CVIA thread have invested their hard earned money to purchase shares of CVIA at several different price levels ( some as high as .75 cents , or higher!).

It is my own personal opinion that most of the current CVIA shareholders on this thread, are looking at every nook and cranny trying to squeeze the last bit of available information that can be found, to assist them with their due diligence with this investment opportunity!

My feeling is the last thing that this thread needs right now is a sarcastic tone, incorporated with some negative inuendoe's , that are quoting CVIA share prices at levels that have never been traded at!

I'm not sure what your motivation is for trying to set a tone on this thread that the CVIA share price will weaken, however if you are not satisfied with the level of contributions that the thread participants have made and shared with you on this thread, then I suggest that you call the CVIA Management directly to secure the answers to the questions that you are searching for!

Good Luck in your Investment Endeavours!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
