The problem is that the Right is so used to just making shit up to fit their point that they think everyone else does it too. Senator Kyl pretty much that particular cat out of the bag when he was pontificating about Planned Parenthood....

Z, Sure, the law is on the books, but without a union, someone with no resources can't get it enforced. As far as I know, this is a case that any lawyer that specializes in labor law will accept. No union representation is necessary. Sure, filing a lawsuit is tougher than it sounds, especially when your job is at stake, but companies do not blatantly violate laws regarding overtime pay without some sort of legally-defensible excuse (e.g. "it's part of their job description"). You still haven't addressed the fact that you told the same story several years ago. Surely something must have changed since then. In any case, there are plenty of details you are leaving out. It's your choice, but as of now, I'll just assume that 75% of your dad's circumstances is his doing, and 25% is the fault of those "evil corporations." Tenchusatsu
