Not even close.

It still has both Medicare and Medicaid, which more than any other thing is responsible for costs being out of control.

But it added an entirely new layer of cost in the form of subsidies for the middle class and poor.

Did you know that, in their budget, the GOP controlled congress booked the very same Obamacare Medicare cost reductions from the program that their CR would defund?
