You should read the health insurance part of the link. You MIGHT be a little less ignorant by doing so. For example, of the 15 % without coverage, nearly a quarter have incomes exceeding 50K/year, and 8% have incomes over 75K/year. 55% of the uninsured are aged 19-34, which isn't surprising, since they are often uninsured BY CHOICE. 25% of children (that is, about 2.25% of the uninsured children) live in households making less than 50K/year. When everything is taken together, there was absolutely not reason to do anything to our health care system except to control costs, and Obamacare made that problem worse, not better. You should support defunding and repeal.
