For crying out loud, let me hold your hand...

"Such inflated statements without basis in fact are nothing short of
fraud. And if Araldica uses these inflated book values in their
accounting, they will be guilty of fraud too!
I wonder what the arrangement is between Araldica and StocksWatch?"

The promotion claimed the winery/vineyard adds 40 cents to the
book value of each share. If this were so and there were still only
10.6 million shares outstanding, that would put a value of $4.24
million on the winery which would be inflated. Now, I said if (the
key word is IF) Araldica tried to show such an increase of 40 cents
in book value from this acquisition, that would sure sound like fraud
to me. And, because we know more shares were issued to finance this
acquisition, there must now be more 10.6 million shares outstanding,
making the 40 cents a share figure even more inflated.

To wonder what the arrangement is between Araldica and an organization
that would make such irresponsibly inflated statements is perfectly
natural and reasonable, is it not?

Do you believe everything you read?

Still, I await any counter analysis which would show why this stock
is selling at its current price.
