I talked to management at 916,000 shares < not another share to be issued > LIE S-8 was BS !!! What has management done to deserve a damn penny..WHERE ARE REVENUES......they used the short hype and merger to bailout their gift shares.... I have followed this company since August of last year.....a tale of BS 3 PR firms had they been through !!!! Alexis wasn't even aware of the reverse split when it occured!! How about the writedown of assets after Gary came in.....shouldn't former officers be held responsible????? Not here. Like I said its the same old players in this crap, sucking in new money from people..
