If Intel violated labor laws as blatantly as your dad's employer supposedly does, then the case should be very easy. In fact, I can get a guy named Ken Hamidi to help me out.

Of course, Intel doesn't. They aren't that stupid. They know they can never get away with it.

How does your dad's employer "get away with it"?
