This is but one boat rental of MANY at Havasu. Take your time to do the research. Folks I know that have done the houseboat thingie have had a blast. They all recommended getting a setup that had a small motorized boat to use to explore the lake (the houseboats aren't very nimble). I would recommend spring or fall. Early July - late August are monsoon season and the storms can really roll in over Havasu.
