Yes, I think so... outside of Wall Street, no one is celebrating anything...

I think of DC as a big bag of taxpayer blood surrounded by ticks
According to the Census Bureau’s latest “American Community Survey,” between 2000 and 2012 the nation’s median household income dropped 6.6 percent. Yet in the District of Columbia median household income rose 23.3 percent.According to a 2010 survey, seven of the nation’s ten wealthiest counties are in the Washington commuter belt.
The only ones actually doing well without sucking blood from taxpayers are here in the Silicon Valley, in the Fracking Belt, Hollywood and perhaps some of the Biotech areas where we still actually come up with new ideas we can sell overseas. But even they buy politicians..... internet bubble under Clinton, paying folks to take MSFT apart so Giggle can duplicate the "free model" and be even more anticompetitive... then Tesla where the rich bribe the government so they can buy these cars, drive in the commute lanes and get a subsidy... all while inflating their stock...that us normal folks were unable to get in on the IPO (and I was too pissed to pay $20+)......
