lolol yeah getting tort reform would be as hard as getting rid of the teachers union. both are the bread and butter of dems campaign monies

That is pathetic. In TX, Republicans enacted tort reform, leading to an influx of doctors into the state. The trial lawyers are major Democratic conributors so they'll NEVER support it.
