We have the best medical facilities in the world and that didn't change after the new law went into effect. Then why do you and others expect that to change under the ACA????? "Eighty-four percent expressed satisfaction with their healthcare, citing the quality of the care. The mechanism that provides that healthcare in Mass is Romneycare, the hospitals weren't torn down, providers are still the same, their skills are still the same......what changed was the way the whole system provided that care...and that is Romneycare which Mass people love...
