So, are you in favor of a tiered system, where Medicare/Medicaid patients get one level of service and privately insured get a higher level of service?
Absolutely not, but that's the way it is and I expect that's the way it will be...... Do the rich get the same level of service now?? eg when a 10 million a year ballplayer gets a twinge in a muscle, he's treated like a crystal vase.....
