Of course she and her dad can go to court and probably get things straightened up providing they can afford to hire a lawyer that understands civil forfeiture and have the funds to pay him for years of around the clock dedication to their file.

They must also be prepared to squander years of their own time trying to advance rights that should never have been challenged and for that time they will never be reimbursed.
