A Swine's Snout Proverbs 11:22 "As a ring of gold in a swine's snout, So is a beautiful woman who lacks discretion." A) All swine have snouts B) The snout has many advantages -It can be smeared in mud -It can be smeared in slop -It can be put into "oblivious" mode to endure terrible odors -It can penetrate muck & mire enabling mouth to devour -It can oink engagingly C) A ring of gold in a swine's snout would: -Be cumbersome -Be ostentatious -Be a rather strange occurance -Be a media "attention getting" device -Be rather rediculous to the well-being of its food-gathering needs D) So is a beautiful woman who lacks descretion A ring of gold in a swine's snout Shouldn't make any of the ladies shout To lack discretion You get the impression That this is what the Proverb is all about I'm glad I'm a man.
