Mike,
Its' a matter for the SEC attorneys to decide whether their is enough evidence to proceed against Mork, thats' why I say "allegedly", Are you so sure that there is no evidence available on Mork? Then great for the both of you. Let the SEC do their work.
Secondly, the Market is proving us right! Each time alleged short interests covered, the stock spike up to or near $4/share. When Mork covers his admitted short position, as well as his 'alleged' short position, thats when the mechanics of the squeeze will tighten., Pugs
