With real unemployment stuck in the high 13% range, I don't think the market warrants minimum wage. I was in Office Depot yesterday, and there was a man who looked early 60s running the register. Probably for minimum wage. First time I ever walked out that store saying, "What great service." The guy actually gave a shit. If I were in retail I'd fire some kids asses and take advantage of a labor pool comprised of adults.
