Well if they get them fixed the houses will be worth substantially more than their cost basis. Remember think $15-30k purchase plus say $10-15k to make it look real nice for an end user who can finance it. These house rent easy $700++ all day long. I wish I could buy more than one a month myself.. I just believe these guys get hosed by many bad apples running around our state plus don't treat the good ones they find as well as they should. Is so much a people relationship business and so tough to scale compared to say a large production home builder selling directly to end users....
