Well I know it for a fact as the SEC, FCC, and FBI have all been informed about him and DVBC already. Just how do I know this? And why has not his merger been approved already with IMA? Riley G RMIL Shareholder

Kugler, I'm wording this "very carefully" for you. Elizabeth Page of the NASD informed me via letter that the "INVESTIGATION of DEMPSEY MORK & DVBC" has been "defered" to the "SEC". The SEC attorney informed me that she doesn't want her name posted on the internet, and I respect that. I supplied their # for you last night, you can call them. She also informed me that the SEC doen't talk to the public. She only informed me that the investigation of "MORK & DVBC" was defered to her. I could care less what you believe. I don't lie Kugler, particularly with my investment at stake. I would suggest, since you have no interest in RMIL,you may have more liberties with the truth because you have nothing to lose. Pugs
