Yes... Basically the US is shooting itself in both feet...US Citizens will become persona non-grata at banks AND in foreign corporations as reporting requirements will breach security requirements for anyone with a signing authority....(thus no US management positions available and banks can't afford the risk of non-compliance..so they will do like Switzerland and Sweden...avoid the possibility at the outset).. A US citizen may as well wear a collar and dog tag thanks to the unique CITIZEN BASED TAXATION imposed by the only " civilized ?" country in the world...

I find it strange how Americans who choose to live in a country other than the US get painted as trying to avoid paying taxes. I know a some people with dual citizenship and the reason they live here has to do with marriage or work opportunities.
