While were on the subject, the above statement is totally true. I'm just a bit suspecious (sp?) of the downgrade/upgrade thingie. :-) I knew insiders held a big chunk, but wasn't aware of the actual numbers. In retrospect, I regret not buying at 13. But the way things were looking at the time, single digits was a real possibility.

For the record, I have not sold a single share.
