Riley,

Is this what you are basing your claims upon!!???

Geezus man!!! You sent a letter of complaint to the SEC. They responded, just as any NYC resident sending a written complaint to the police comissioner would receive a written response.

Informal inquiry means just that. You asked them a question and they are inquiring. When they start requesting voluntary documentation from the company and interviewing the officers, it is an informal investigation.

When they send out the subpoenas and start deposing people for the record, then it is a formal investigation.

I am finding VERY hard to believe that a former NYPD officer would be guilty of providing such a distortion of the facts in this matter.

However, in my opinion, I believe all parties are under scrutiny and I firmly believe that when this company "implodes" under the stress of its mangerial vacuum, we will have some headlines in the mainstream press.

So Riley may get to be (in)famous, after all.

Regards,

Ron
