Thanks for the great translation. I could understand the gist of it, but some of the idioms were confusing, especially the part about "aussi les d‚cideurs et ‚lus, au retard qui guette la France - sauf action rapide - dans le domaine en pleine explosion de l'Internet et du multim‚dia. . ." You said it very well. As for ADSL-Lite, yep, a marketing department coup for anyone whose chips don't quite get up to speed. ALA certainly is trying to play both side of the Potsplitter issue. Now, is it a problem to install or isn't it???? I guess it depends on which solution they're plugging at the moment. 1998 will be interesting if nothing else. Go TI!! Pat
