Wait until small employers find out that if they keep employees under 1000 hours or make them independent contractors, they can establish solo401K Roth accounts without any employee contributions and get huge increases in retirement savings. Obama has created a "survival of the fittest" mentality, and the little guy is going to get squeezed out and survive on minimum hours, food stamps and subsidies for health and heating and rent. In 10 years people might go to Greece to get a better job than here.
