I've take a position in this firm at $5. I suggest all of you on this thread set aside your lawsuit emotions and check the following: 1. Cash per share compared to stock price. 2. Book value per share compared to stock price. 3. Sales per share compared to stock price. 4. Cash flow (profit plus depreciation) per share compared to stock price. After you check these figures, if you can find another stock with better fundementals (one that is not incurring astronomical loses), please post that stock on this thread so that I can invest in it.
